The Philippine Consulate General in Barcelona hosted the launch of Club Comercio Ibero-Filipino, aimed at enhancing Philippine trade and investment relations with the Iberian peninsula, particularly within the SME sector which is very developed in Barcelona.

Consul General Ma Theresa Lazaro welcomed over 30 attendees to the launch, who were briefed on the prevailing economic circumstances by Filipino economist from Harvard, IESE, and UAP Dr. Bernardo Villegas

Not only large Utility scale projects, also smaller scale adapted to the reality of the country and distributed decision capacity.

Two way Agri sector

The Philippines has enormous production capacities and is investing in improving the access to market logistics to be able to export

The sector needs investment in machinery and technology to improve productivity. Adapted specially to the difficult terrain and small lots.

SME commerce

The Philippines offers BPO outsourcing very capable and cost competitive, specially in Technical and creative areas.

It is very receptive to dermo cosmetic products, supllements, and other consumer to add to the existing Asian and US offer.
